Requested custom color shirt (Vegas Gold) but received Royal Blue. Unable to use as is. Wrote to RockViewTees requesting a return/refund or return/replacement. No response. The webstore functionality/checkout process lacks the ability to choose custom colors or add an explanatory note to the order. Therefore customers must communicate separately with staff and hope requests are matched to the system order. Got no confirmation of my color selections. Something odd about the software/webstore platform, embedded communications and no options to add notes, make custom selections.
